Reviews

“Soloist George Radosavljevic, in giving a polished, elegantly shaped performance, knew not to condescend to the material or to the listener: he tickled the ivories with flair and childlike wonder.” Chicago Tribune

“It was followed by Ernst von Dohnanyi’s variations on Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. Piano soloist George Radosavljevic and (music director) Zike divided the delivery between humor and bombast with uniformly enchanting results” Pioneer Press

Tuesday’s concert spotlighted pianist George Radosavljevic in a recital devoted to Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt and Debussy… Radosavljevic is a DePaul success story, having come to the university on a piano scholarship with Dmitry Paperno and is now himself teaching at DePaul. The Paperno influence is noticeable in the best sense, Radosavljevic achieving the same muscular Russian sound that one associates with his former teacher.” Chicago Tribune
